三葉轉子比二葉轉子的優勢:
1、抽氣性能高:同等轉速下,二葉羅茨真空泵轉一圈抽2次氣,三葉羅茨真空泵轉一圈則抽3次氣,性能提高很明顯;
2、溫升小:同等壓差下,假設二葉羅茨真空泵溫升為50℃,那么三葉羅茨真空泵則只有30~35℃,溫升只有二葉羅茨真空泵的60~70%;
3、壓差高:三葉羅茨真空泵可以達到120KPa的壓差,而二葉羅茨真空泵只能達到50KPa的壓差;
4、壓縮比大:由于三葉羅茨真空泵與二葉羅茨真空泵的結構差異,壓縮比大;
5、震動小、穩定性高;
6,泵內拆裝無需密封硅膠,全采用O型圈密封。
